I recently celebrated my birthday at Charbonnier with my daughter, and it was a delightful family getaway. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families seeking quality time together. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, where I had the best chicken schnitzel I've ever tasted. The staff were attentive and offered excellent recommendations, making our dining experience delightful. Our room was clean and spacious, with a really comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the addition of a coffee machine at breakfast which added a nice touch. The outdoor tennis court was a hit with us, providing a great way to stay active and bond. It's also convenient to have a restaurant on-site, especially after a busy day. Charbonnier is a perfect halfway stop between home and Dubbo, and I find myself returning at least twice a year. It's a place that understands family needs while providing a relaxed atmosphere to cherish precious moments together.
